Last Wednesday I place an order over the phone for Kit's Waffle Iron Set, I confirmed my the billing address and shipping address over the phone. Well today I finally get the shipping conformation in my email and they are shipping it to an address where I haven't lived for over a year. I am getting CS on the phone as soon as they open.

From calling CS on the phone I have learned that for some reason, they have kept 4 of our old addresses on file! Everytime I call them, they ask if I am calling from an old number or when I give a shipping address they mention one that we lived at two years ago!
I don't understand why they don't update that stuff when customers change their info on their account online.

What I don't get is that the first thing they ask you when you call is your zip code. Which to me would indicate that an address from 550 miles away is no longer valid, Kansas addresses start with a 6 while in Coloardo they start with an 8. So they confirm you address with you over the phone and then promptly ship it to a different address than the one you just gave them.

I hope they can catch the package before it ships -- especially since it is the waffle iron, which isn't much longer for this world. Fingers crossed!
A couple years ago, I ordered two things from HSN (Home Shopping Network), and they sent them to my old address instead of the new one that I had put on file. Fortunately, they did refund my money even though the items had shipped -- but someone at my old address got a nice down comforter and a DVD recorder for free.
